I can’t say enough good things about iCRYO. I’m only in week three, and I already feel 100% better. The combination of cryo therapy, red light therapy, compression, and the infrared sauna has made a huge difference in how I move and how I feel day-to-day. The staff is outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping you feel your best. They take the time to explain what each therapy does and how it fits into an overall recovery and wellness plan. Samantha and her team took such good care of us! My husband planned my birthday girl’s day trip with this being our first stop. They were waiting for us as soon as we walked in. They were attentive and very informative and extremely friendly! The whole staff introduced themselves to each of us and they were able to accommodate a party of 5. They surprised me with balloons and a birthday cake too! I would definitely recommend ICRYO in Richmond. Thank you guys for a memorable experience!
