Klarisana

Due to having major depressive disorder that has persisted for over a year with no improvement from medication, Spravato therapy was recommended by my PMP. I am definitely not impressed by Klarisana's responsiveness and followup with potential patients. I called them and left a voicemail, and was later contacted by a conversational AI agent who gave me general info and answered my questions. I was told that I would receive an email and return call for a full intake. That was five days ago...no email, no follow up call since then. I left another voicemail today, still no response, and no human interaction. I learned long ago that the way a business treats you as a potential customer is how they'll treat you when you become one. I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to treatment from Klarisana, but I'll be going with a provider that's more responsive than them.

This place has helped me rebuild and change my life. I am forever thankful for the work they do and the services they provide. All staff members are caring and do their best to make your experience comfortable. They have been just as important in my sessions as the medicine. I cannot stress enough how good of a job they do to take care of you. The environment is very comfortable which makes a great setting.

I’m a long time patient of Klarisana and I’m extremely disappointed in the recent changes. At first I came frequently but since it did so well in breaking my depression and complex ptsd I only visit once or twice a year depending on when my depression/ptsd resurfaces. Currently my depression/ptsd has returned and I need treatment but due to Klarisana change in hours I’m unable to reach anyone to make an appointment. And when I did reach someone via text I was sent to the patient portal to fill out intake forms and afterwards no one called. This is frustrating. This is not the Klarisana I use to know had stable office hours, caring staff and overall ease of contact. I’m at a loss because it’s hard for me to trust other doctors that may provide the same services.
