My husband and I went for a couples’ self-care healing day and had a great time at Heal. We tried compressions, cryotherapy, brain & vagus nerve therapy, hydrogen inhalation, salt booth therapy, infrared sauna, vibration, the BioCharger and the AmpCoil. Our favorite was the cryotherapy. The place is very clean, peaceful and welcoming. Tasha was very friendly and educated us well about each therapy and its benefits. Looking forward to return soon to try their hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

I spent my birthday yesterday at this beautiful place, and from the moment I walked in I felt right at home. Tasha greeted me with the warmest smile and some delicious coffee and hydrogen water to get me started. I tried most of their services and honestly didn’t want to leave. The vibroacoustic sound therapy was one of my favorites, but everything they offer is incredible. The energy of this place is next level—you can truly feel it. I met amazing people and even got to talk with Tasha and her husband, Mark, about their vision behind creating this healing space. I definitely recommend checking it out. The future of medicine is here, and your body will feel it 💕 Thank you Tasha! I cannot wait to come back 😊
