I had my first visit to Spring Center of Hope in January of 2022 diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. I had already explored many medications and treatment options at this point and had little optimism that ketamine would help at all. After being a regular customer for 4 years, I have gone from not being able to get out of bed and having constant suicidal thoughts, to being a full-time college student and setting goals I never thought I could achieve. Of course the ketamine was paired with a therapist I enjoyed and additional medication that worked for me, and unfortunately I cannot claim that ketamine is right for everyone. Nonetheless, ketamine infusions have played a critical role in digging me out of my pit and making my tasks go from impossible to manageable. I'd be remiss if I didn't praise the staff who has always been so loving, kind, patient, and always treated me like family. KP has most notably been so knowledgeable and helpful in advising me throughout my journey. She has proven many times to be highly skilled and proficient in her work and she takes her job very seriously. I am always more than comfortable to be in her care. All this to say, this clinic and it's staff have played a big part in getting me where I am today and with that comes a kind of gratitude that is simply inexpressible.

I can’t say enough good things about Spring Center of Hope. I’ve been struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and chronic pain for years, and at some point I realized I had gotten myself stuck in survival mode — just getting through each day without really feeling like me. The ketamine treatments, along with the incredible staff here, have truly helped me start moving forward again. Every single person on the team is sweet, caring, knowledgeable, supportive, and deeply understanding. They create such a safe, calming environment and take the time to really listen. I never feel rushed or dismissed — I feel genuinely cared for. This experience has helped me reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t think was possible. I’m so grateful to have found Spring Center of Hope and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels stuck and is looking for compassionate, thoughtful care.

I sought ketamine infusion therapy at this clinic for treatment-resistant PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and suicidal ideation. The staff promised relief from all these symptoms, and I committed to the full recommended course of 6 sessions for mental health, completing them about 2 weeks ago. I took the process seriously, following their aftercare instructions to the letter—taking all recommended supplements, journaling, meditating, and more. While ketamine therapy has potential, my experience was ruined by a hyperactive and anxious nurse who handled my IV setups for the first few sessions. She constantly bumped into me, messed up the IV insertions, and stressed me out immensely, turning what should have been a calm process into a nightmare. By session 4, I got a different nurse, but the damage was already done—my sessions felt dark and negative from the start. The first three sessions triggered violent rages that lasted for days afterward, exacerbating my issues rather than helping. One time, after her IV setup, I experienced active heart palpitations, which I reported to nurse "KP." Despite this, she proceeded to inject the ketamine anyway, which felt reckless and unsafe. Although the clinic advertises having doctors on staff, I never spoke to or even saw one throughout the entire treatment. I referenced protocol that wasn't being followed from the paperwork I had signed, and KP said, "That paperwork is old". Then why do I sign it before each session? I vocalized my concerns multiple times as things worsened, but I was repeatedly encouraged to continue. By my last session, I explicitly told them my suicidal ideation was severely worse than before starting, yet they've never followed up—not even once. The bottom line: This treatment set me back at least a year in my mental health progress. All my symptoms—PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and suicidal thoughts—are now worse than ever. If you're considering this clinic, think twice; my experience was not only ineffective but actively harmful. I'm still deciding whether to pursue a formal complaint beyond this review.
