Before my first session, I struggled with sleep and had very little energy. After just one session, I was able to sleep almost through the night and felt energized throughout the next day. After a few more sessions, my headaches eased, I started falling asleep easily, and my energy levels stayed steady all day. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for real results and support. The calm environment and amazing staff make the experience even better!

This facility gives such great care. I’ve been on the fence about trying neurofeedback for a while and recently decided to just go for it. I’ve had 4 sessions total and I can already tell a great deal of improvement in my day to day anxiety. This is not a gimmick this actual gives you real change I feel so grateful I found this facility.

I love Clear Mind! To be honest, I was in a really bad place when I first came in. I'm normally a very happy, bubbly person, but when I first started with Clear Mind I was very, very depressed and talk therapy was only helping about 1%. Several people noticed I was out of sorts, and when my mom recommended Clear Mind, I jumped at the chance to try to improve my mental health. After just 4 sessions, I noticed I felt lighter mentally. My life looked better, when all my normal "positive thinking" methods didn't help before; I knew Clear Mind was helping me return to the person I was by restoring my healthy brain waves. I know it sounds like snake oil, but IT WORKS!!! I highly recommend Clear Mind in American Fork to anyone. Troy and Sydney are wonderful people, and very considerate of each person they treat.
