I’ve been working with Jeff for several years now and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the impact he’s had on my life. When I first started with him, I was a 125lb kid with very little understanding of nutrition, training, or what it really takes to build a great physique. Over the years, Jeff completely transformed not just my body, but my mindset around discipline, consistency, and long-term growth. Through his coaching, I’ve gone from 125lbs to about 205lbs lean, and built a physique I’m genuinely proud of. But more than just the physical transformation, he’s taught me how to approach nutrition and training with purpose and structure. The habits and mentality I’ve built from working with him carry over into every other area of my life. Jeff truly cares about his clients and the results show. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he’s taught me and the person I’ve become through the process. I just finished 16 weeks of being coached by Trish & it has been the most wonderful journey with her. She has been there every step of the way to educate me, encourage me, empower me & cheer me on. Ronda and Jeff gave me the tools I needed to get my health back on track. Their knowledge in food, fitness, and in functional health is amazing. They were very pleasant to work with. I did work with Ronda 99% of the time and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a coach. If I ever have any questions or need help again I will go back to 7 Point Nutrition!!
