I just had my first appointment with Melissa Hoyt, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more heard, supported, or understood in a clinical setting. From the moment we started talking, she created a space that felt safe, welcoming, and completely judgment-free — which, for me, was everything. I came in with what probably sounded like a chaotic jumble of thoughts and emotions, and somehow, Melissa was able to pick apart exactly what I needed. She listened with such genuine care, incorporated every single thing I shared, and helped me feel more grounded and hopeful after just one session. Her knowledge is obvious, her empathy is powerful, and she’s already become the supportive voice I didn’t know I needed. I also want to give a huge shoutout to her office staff — they’ve been absolutely amazing. I had some tech issues signing paperwork, and they were so patient, kind, and on top of everything. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and everything was handled in such a timely, professional way. I’m beyond grateful to have found Melissa and her team, and I’m genuinely excited to continue this journey with them. I've been working with Karl for quite some time and he is awesome! Karl is genuine, kind, and caring. Even though I'm his client, I consider him a friend that I trust. Amanda is also awesome! She is the office manager in the Payson office and I always enjoy catching up with her for a few minutes while I wait for my appointment with Karl. Great office, great location, awesome people! ❤
