I had a great experience at TruHealth, after a neck injury I decided to try Shockwave therapy on my neck. The PTs did a great job, and they even gave me some exercises to do for my neck. Even though they knew I was from out of state and would not be doing more than a couple treatments. I highly recommend.

I went in for my first appointment today and paid out of pocket because of the reviews. I have had a really hard time finding doctors who will listen, believe, and help me. Dr. James did MORE than that. He encouraged me, validated me, and gave me hope again. I sobbed my way through my long medical history and other trauma and he listened, his other staff listened and I got a much needed hug from the receptionist (I'm so sorry I don't remember their names). He didn't write me off as having anxiety or tell me to lose weight. He sat down with his spine model and explained what my MRIs were showing, made a detailed plan with me, and got me set up with home exercises since my schedule makes it tough to come in often. He adjusted my spine and put me on the roller table and for the first time In months I was able to take my boys to the park and actually pay with them without needing extra support. I came home and my husband said he saw the old happy me coming back. I know you probably thought it wasn't much, but you're saving me.

James gives a ton of care. The experience was efficient (didn’t have to wait long at any point). I also appreciate how realistic he is with the healing process.
