Dr. Gayle Carter is the best. I had a hysterectomy in 2020 was never told about balancing your hormones. I was walking dead, sleeping all the time and no energy. He explained everything. 6 months later I was back being myself. I love him. I will miss him when he retires. Thank you, Dr. Carter.

I was anxious to see Dr.Carter after being gaslit by other doctors about women’s health issues. Instead, he listened and believed me. He and his NP have truly prioritized my quality of life. I also appreciate that they test patient health markers rather than just “guessing” what might help. They even have a lab in office! Overall I’m very happy with them.

I saw the other doctor in his office, his daughter. They did blood tests for hormones, which I've heard there are much more accurate ways of testing for hormonal balance. I am not a Dr. though so I trusted the process. Didn't seem to be getting anything accomplished.. I called and left VM after VM. For months. No return. Finally one day someone called me back. My phone didn't ring, but I got a VM. I called back immediately. No one picked up of course. I left a VM. Pretty frustrated by this time, and of course no one ever got back to me. Just seems very generic . Not true healthcare or hormonal health. I was also told by the labs lady that my Insurance would cover the bloodwork. But it doesn't, so I'm paying out of pocket for nothing to get accomplished. Would go to somewhere more dialed in on quality hormone health, and not just to prescribe whatever. And maybe somewhere with customer service that can answer a phone once in a while.
