Lindsey has been amazing 🎉🙌❤️ My first appointment with her went so smoothly. We talked about goals I want to reach and how I can reach them. Having someone that understands my PCOS is a game changer. She had plenty of tips that I can incorporate in my daily routine including helpful apps, high protein snacks and insight on vitamin supplements.
