Unreliable. They offer on-line scheduling but just because you schedule a nurse to come do an IV does not mean someone really shows up. I scheduled but they couldn't find a nurse to come do the IV - however they charged my credit card anyhow despite providing no service. They issued a refund but it will take days for it to show on my card. If you need an IV for a true medical reason (as I did), then don't rely on IV doc to help you out.
