I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment, and ended up having to wait an hour and 30 minutes to be seen. When I stated I needed to leave, I was asked to wait and shown to the patient room. I proceeded to wait 10 more minutes. Oh, I was never seen. I also had a UTI, and requested a refill on the medication that had been prescribed previously in the past, from my pharmacy. My pharmacy sent the request 3 times a week previous to Intimate wellness, and never received a response. I called the nurses station to submit a refill request and asked if they were able to determine if I had a UTI, even though I was sure I had one. I was told by Jessica that urine cultures take 3 days and they wouldn’t know if I had one. I then proceeded to inquire about the medication refill for my UTI, she responded that the would place the refill for my “burning”. She then became quiet over the phone and instead of saying something of quality she said “bye”. I responded that she should have a good day. I have yet to receive the refill, and instead went to urgent care. UTI’s are a great discomfort to anyone, I believe my shortness could have contributed to the discourse between her and I. However, I serve many people and served many people with care that day, with a UTI. I also have other conditions which can make symptoms worse and this has cost me more than just a day of service to others, but also to myself. I have been with the intimate wellness clinic for some time and Dr.Nathan is the best gynecologist I have ever seen, however, his new staff should recognize the quality of care he provides and step up to this level as well; with scheduling, payment notification, testing turn over, and medication refills.

I am so relieved I found this practice and Dr. Guerette. I walked in to a friendly front desk and comfy waiting room. I have been dealing with bladder pain, hematuria and issues for 2 years now and I am exhausted from it. I kept putting my issues off because the previous practice & Dr. I saw brushed it off/ prescribed pain medication without ruling out serious issues. I never got an official diagnosis. What stood out to me about Dr. Guerette was he came in to talk to me and really heard my concerns, symptoms, and worry before I even got prepped for the exam. It was thorough and extremely comfortable being able to open up to him about my concerns. He then left the room and gave me time to change for the exam. When he came back in, he walked me through everything and answered all of my questions with his amazing nurse. I left knowing Dr. Guerette cares about me and will find out what is causing my problems. I called about insurance/procedure questions and Trish really went above and beyond to get me what I needed. The office is very on top of things and really cares.

Dr. Guerette is outstanding. I am nearing the final stage of my treatment for bladder and bowel incontinence which has been tremendously successful so far. My life has improved dramatically since I began. The office staff here is stellar. Everyone is kind and promotes an overall healing atmosphere. The physical office is clean and welcoming. I encourage anyone who is struggling with incontinence to come here. I found help here I couldn't even imagine, and the quality of my life is so much better!
