Scheduled a visit a few months ago for back/neck pain and post surgical pain. Kayla answered the phone and was very sweet and accommodating. Staff here is amazing and caring. Doctors are wonderful and very informative and I never feel rushed. This is not the typical Chiropractor clinic where you’re cracked and in and out. Doctors carefully review medical records and explain everything thoroughly and implement a plan. My pain is 90% resolved since coming here. Highly recommend and Kayla, Amy and Kelsea are amazing.

This is the best chiropractic clinic in Hampton Roads. Dr. Tryphonas ...and Dr. Kramarenko are excellent! They take time to listen to you, recommend the best treatment for your individual needs, and have a lot of experience and expertise. In addition, the staff is professional, very friendly, polite, and courteous. As an amateur ballroom competition dancer, I visit the clinic several times a month and feel excellent. Highly recommend!! Kayla and Faith are knowledgeable of the equipment used and always upbeat, friendly and compassionate. Kayla also works the front desk, insurance coverage, payment and keeps the office organized. The doctors believe in using a decompression machine, waterbed with tens unit and roller bed before they work on me but everyone has different medical needs and may not need those machines. I have also been getting acupuncture!! The office has a massage therapist. Dr T & Dr J have been able to help me with my lower back disc issues. I was in a lot of pain. They performed many different styles of muscle & joint manipulation to get my body back in alignment and free of pain. Dr Ts wife Ami is super compassionate and always ready to lend a hand whenever needed.
