I've been going to this office for almost 2 years now. The front and phone staff are always amazing, I wish I knew them by name, but they are always professional, quick to respond, and attentive. Literally give everyone a raise, they deserve it. I never had to worry about a medication not being filled on time or not getting a call back. They always called me back within the same day or the next day. Stephanie has been an amazing provider, I have made strides and leaps towards bettering myself and understanding my condition with her and for the first time in a long time I dont fear the future. The only reason I am leaving is because I found out they were out of network with my insurance. Please, please, please if you need help, in any shape, kind, or severity, reach out to this group. They have been a tremendous help to me and I know they will be to you to. Update!!! So I got hit with a surprise bill from Oct of 2024 for $800 in Dec 2025. My appointment was on Monday. I was notified of this TWO DAYS before my appointment and was told if I cannot pay the balance my appointment would be cancelled and that I would not be able to schedule further appointments. They did not offer me a payment plan or any other sort of resolution. Seriously, just pay this balance or we won't see you again. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. I am sad to leave Stephanie, but this sort of policy puts your patients' lives in jeopardy. I am very glad I switched my psychiatric care before this happened because who knows if they would have refilled my meds. So. Tread carefully with this office.

Dr N is the best. He helped my brother from the lowest of the low. He is so much better with the right meds and therapy. The staff is always so welcoming. I highly recommend coming here.

The worst front desk ever. They don’t keep up with their bills and information, almost never pick up their phone I’m not even saying about returning voicemails. They made a mistake about my bill and there was nothing they could’ve done- except saying “sorry” absolutely unprofessional. I do love Dr Cunningham and Marina I hope to see them in a different office one day.

I’m extremely disappointed in the way that I have been treated by the front desk. Everything was going fine until my husband lost his job and I was unable to pay my co-pays. I called to make arrangements and was told that I can no longer have my appointment with my provider if I don’t pay the balance in full. I tried to explain my situation and I haven’t had any problems until now. So needless to say my appointment was canceled and I can no longer get medication for depression, anxiety, etc. I understand that they have a job to do and they need to collect the money. They have lost their compassion annd empathy for people who are going through troubles during this difficult time in our economy. I asked the person answering the phone to please check with the office manager and get back with me to let me know if she’s willing to make any arrangements. I never got a phone call. I called back again tried to make more arrangements was told my appointment was canceled. I asked again if they could please speak with the manager give me a call back to see if there is anything we can do to work this out! No return call! I called and asked if they could get a message to the doctor because coming off of this medicine can be dangerous. I was told I’d get a return call back. Once again, no call back. It is not OK to treat people this way. I have no access to getting my prescriptions. I’m surprised there’s not a law against this. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but they left me no choice. The office manager is the one who runs the front desk! if I had the money I would have paid them. I am not one who skipped out on paying my bills. I know how important these appointments are. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using this establishment.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Dr. Cunningham and his office. He takes the time to truly listen and understand what I’m going through, rather than making me feel dismissed or labeled. Dr. Cunningham creates a safe and supportive environment where I feel heard, respected, and cared for. It makes a tremendous difference to have a psychiatrist who listens with empathy and insight, and I greatly value the quality of care I receive here.
