REBOOT: Mind, Body, Health

I’ve been seen at this facility for at least a year(I think longer) it has been great. My psychiatrist and therapist have been wonderful in trying to stick with my natural mindset on treatment. My review is a 1 because this week I unfortunately left the practice due to the financial office attempting to make me pay money before it was due, and proceeded to bully me when I asked questions. I’ve had a payment plan scheduled with them for over 6 months and this week was told 12 hours before an appointment that if I didn’t pay it ahead of schedule I’d be cancelled. Eventually they did agree that I could have my appointment but said I couldn’t schedule another until my full payment plan was paid off. It was a written contract stating I would make $130 payment on the15th of every month. It would have been paid off December 15th but they chose to go against what the signed payment plan stated. And at the end when I told them I wouldn’t be returning. Amelia from the business office said “I’m glad you’ve liked your Dr well enough that you won’t pay them for services rendered” as well as repeatedly saying “but did we cancel you” when I told her it wasn’t appropriate nor legal to try to cancel me with that short of notice. I hope the practice doesn’t go under due to this individual.

If you live on fixed income and use Medicare/Medicaid don't bother going here. Was never given therapy and the meds provider would try to make the session as uncomfortable as possible just because there is no money in treating people who actually need it. That is why they provide 'new age' therapy. Your wallet dictates the quality of treatment you receive. Everyone acts like you are an inconvenience if you believe in service before profit.
