I cannot speak highly enough about Bryn and the AXIS team. Bryn is an incredibly knowledgeable person who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her patients. She has experience across so many different areas including stem cells, gut health, nutrition and long covid recovery and much more. She has helped me with a number of different issues over the past few years and I continue to see her regularly for my health and wellbeing maintenance. I have even introduced my son to her because I trust her that much. He is a student athlete and she is currently treating him for an ankle injury. From the moment you walk in she has a way of making you feel understood, supported and completely at ease. She listens carefully and really tries to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. Every appointment feels calm and positive and you always walk out feeling like you are in good hands. Kay at the front desk is also lovely. She is organised, warm and very welcoming. It all adds up to a very supportive and professional environment where you feel genuinely cared for. I would absolutely recommend Bryn and the AXIS team. I cannot say enough good things about the Axis team. They were extremely welcoming, and Bryn was very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the process. I got treated for a significant torn quad muscle using a combo of peptides and stem cells, and I have made great progress towards getting back to the activities I love. I had 3 different orthopedic surgeons tell me there was nothing I could do, that they would not operate on me, and that I just need to leave it alone. Alternative medicine is my first stop at this point for any health issues. What sets Axis aside from the multitude of doctors I have visited is their effort beyond the procedure to show that you aren't just a number to them. Bryn's willingness to answer questions and concerns through a quick text or email whenever one popped into my head, and her effort to quickly respond with thoughtful answers truly made me feel like she cared about my health and wellbeing, and was invested in the results of my procedure. Any doctor can poke you with needles and send you on your way. Very few healthcare providers take that extra step to prove you're not just a dollar sign to them. If I won the lottery tomorrow, Axis would be my first stop and I'd order one of everything off the menu for every friend and family member.

I came to Axis with two major problems. I have an SCI (incomplete) and am paralyzed from my chest down. I have been working on recovery for 16 years and can take steps with a walker. I also have a torn right rotator cuff, which has severely affected my abilities to due daily tasks. After much research on stem cell therapy I contacted Axis Institute in Kirkland. Bryn was very patient with my concerns, answered all of my questions, and sent many case studies at my request. I noticed there weren't many studies or testimonials regarding SCI problems. After a lot of deliberation and knowing I didn't want to do surgery on the shoulder and be further compromised, I decided to try the stem cell therapy. I went in February, 2025 for two injections, one for my shoulder and one for my spinal cord. I decided to give the stem cell therapy a try on my spinal cord. I'm happy and relieved to say both produced improvements! My right shoulder is now 95% pain free and still getting better. I feel strength returning, allowing me to perform daily tasks without thinking: dressing, transferring out of the wheelchair, computer work, lifting a book to read, etc. Even more exciting was the change neurologically. Within an hour after the injection of umbilical stem cells below my spine my whole body was trembling, shivering. The nervous system was definitely responding. The shaking lasted for 6 hours or so. Three days after the injection I took a shower and felt the warmth of the water from my chest to below my stomach - the first time I have felt heat/cold in 16 years!! A week later the warmth was felt down to my left ankle and down to the right knee. Unbelievable!! Two months after the injection I could feel wetness (sweating) on the bottoms of both feet. My muscles/leg strength has improved and thus my steps when stepping with a walker are stronger and more confidant. For any one who has a spinal cord injury, I think I can say you would like to feel and see improvement. Any improvement is hope. I firmly believe the stem cell therapy helped me and I would highly recommend calling Axis Stem Cell Therapy and talking to Bryn. I risked giving it a try and I am now a believer. The stem cells definitely changed/stimulated my peripheral nerves and causing improvement.
