Came in for the new client deal and I was very pleased with this service. Very professional and informative and the space was clean and homey. I got the light and hyperbaric package as advertised. I started with the light therapy. I got the helmet and the bed. It was very relaxing in the light room. They are very high powered red lights. Then I went to the hyperbaric chamber, and that was quite the experience. I've been dealing with some inflammation in my arm, and two days later I noticed substantial relief. 10/10 definitely recommend. I'm going back.

Amy is so informative and helpful. I came in for HBOT treatments for a stomach surgery and did 1 session pre op and 3 sessions post op. Amy made sure I was safe and comfortable during each session. The effects are immediate each treatment. 20 days post op, my stomach scar looks like it’s 3 months post op. I truly believe the HBOT treatments have significantly increased my wound healing process both internally and externally. I’m blown away by my results. Highly recommend Oxygen and Light for your surgery recovery needs!

Amy the owner is very knowledgeable and compassionate. When I had an acute injury with a wound she took time to carefully explain the process if both HBOT and red light therapy. Her prices are competitive and she offers financially helpful packages. As a retired acupuncturist and clinical faculty of 18 years at Bastyr University I was impressed and recommend her highly.
