Grace MindCare (Mercer Island)

I've had a great experience at Grace MindCare. At a previous provider, I was kept on an ADHD evaluation waitlist for 7 months. When I switched over to Grace MindCare, I was able to get evaluated almost immediately. Appointments have been very thoughtful and very thorough. My provider will actually give me adequate time and attention to voice my questions and concerns. Treatment plans were explained to me in a way I could understand. Virtual appointments are convenient, and the clinic setting is also comfortable for in-person visits. I had some major hurdles with pharmacies when getting my prescription filled, and the care team jumped through hoops to make sure I was able to access my medication as soon as possible. I'm very grateful to Eric Lao and the entire care team for all of their help.

A very special shout out to Chloe Kim. She has made me feel incredibly safe, seen, and truly cared for since day one. Her presence, empathy, and attention have made a profound difference in my experience. Chloe is a rare gem, and I’m beyond grateful for her. Kevin has also been amazing. From our very first meeting, he was warm, kind, and encouraging. His support helped me immediately feel at ease and confident that I had found the right team. The entire staff has been welcoming and supportive, and I want to also thank Damian and Anne for their help and kindness along the way. Their thoughtful approach and willingness to help quickly don’t go unnoticed. Though I haven’t worked directly with Dr. Eric Lao yet, I’ve heard wonderful things and look forward to meeting in the near future. I feel truly fortunate to be in such good hands. I can’t say enough good things about Grace Mindcare. From the moment I first met Kevin and Chloe and again when I walked through the doors, I knew I had found the right place. Every interaction has been filled with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Grace Mindcare is more than just an office, it’s a place where I have been treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Thank you again, especially to Chloe, for making such a meaningful impact on my journey.
