I've loved working with Dr. Ashley. I saw her as a primary care ND and followed her when she started Lumina to help with nutritional/lifestyle changes to prepare for egg freezing. She has such a warm, calming presence, and I can tell she really cares. I appreciate her evidence-based approach, wide knowledge base, and ability to customize on the fly depending on my body's response. Will absolutely work with her again when the time comes to start a famil!
