Dr. Liz is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and I always feel amazing when I leave our appointment. I like the 90 minute option where we get to chat about what's going on with my health, and then she does craniosacral therapy and acupuncture on me. I feel so relaxed I'm literally slurring- and then I feel amazing afterwards. When I get home, I receive an email with an overview of what we talked about and she has great recommendations on books and information or supplements. My last appointment she taught me about a great liver cleanse to better absorb my supplements/nutrients. She tested my blood on my first visit to find out what foods my gut doesn't do well with, that was life changing. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

I have recommended Dr. Liz to many friends. I enjoy the 90 minute sessions and I always leave feeling amazing. She provides excellent acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy, general lab work / specialized allergy testing, and discounted supplements. She cares deeply about her patients and she goes above and beyond by asking about life stressors and emotions. She views no separation between physical, mental, and emotional health. Her wise advice has helped me create better boundaries and I am very grateful. Dr. Liz has also referred me to other practitioners and small businesses. She has even shared fun tips with me while I planned local trips. You get incredible value for your money here.

This was my first time working with a naturopath, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Liz was amazing at holding space for me to share what was coming up for me, offering advice and tools I could use between appointments, and of course incredible care with acupuncture and cranio-sacral massage. We worked together for nearly a year, identifying and working to heal the root cause of several ailments. I'm grateful for the support I received when I worked together with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone in the Seattle area who is looking to receive holistic, natural care that is based on looking at the root cause rather than the symptoms.
