I have experienced Kirsten’s carful attention and deep care over the years since she began practicing. She is an exemplary therapist who has clearly done her own work and is able to hold space in a way I’ve never experienced with any therapist or healer before. Kirsten is an open, humble conduit for healing energy. Over the years I’ve been under her care during a dozen or more psychedelic journeys—some blissful, many challenging. Kirsten’s warm, grounded presence and gentle voice of reason has always helped guide me through each challenge to reveal the healing and pattern-breaking it might otherwise have taken me many lifetimes to uncover, confront and heal. She is nothing short of a miracle in my life and I would not be where I am today without her patient and unwavering support. I am actually tearing up as I write this just thinking about her profound presence in my life and the positive impact her support has had—particularly on how I’m able to show up for my family. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kirsten Hartz, MA, LMHC, LPC. She is an incredibly thoughtful and skilled clinician who brings so much presence and care to her work. Her ability to integrate somatic work, EMDR, and ketamine-assisted therapy is impressive, and she does so in a way that feels grounded, ethical, and truly client-centered. Seattle (Washington state) is so fortunate that Kirsten has expanded her Ketamine Assisted Therapy and EMDR practice to this part of the country.
