I sat down with the doctors who took me through a diagnostic process of x-rays in painful joint area(knee) to view the mild loss and discussed scientifically proven new treatment options. I had PRP and mesenchymal stem cell injections. The doctors are very patient, go through clinical research with you and offer different treatment options for your specific conditions, success rate for condition, and have different packages to choose from based on your budget for treatment. They have videos on how the stem cells improve regeneration and function in the body as well as nutritional and activity modification help to compliment the treatments. I am active and can workout 1-2 hours 5 days a week pain free. I am happy I had it done.

I was unsure about PRP and integrative medicine for treatment of an older knee injury and a current shoulder injury. I highly recommend calling and teaming up with Nicole, APNP and Dr. Kroll. The entire team at Integrative medical solutions are very knowledgeable in building therapy plans and providing options to me that worked! Being part of the solution to wellness was important to me. My knee and shoulder are improving and I am excited to get back to my pre level exercise and daily activities that I used to to without even thinking about it!
