After attending Dr Thoma's M.I.L.A Restore conference and reading his book, I decided to take the plunge and make an appointment. I have dealt with headaches, dizziness, chronic cough and digestive issues for several years now. On the initial visit he took the time to ask questions, do a physical evaluation and listened about my situation. He suggested I do the food sensitivity test and the genetic testing as well. I have done both and was surprised at the foods that showed up. I am still waiting for the genetic tests results. In the meantime he has me taking some supplements and I have removed the Toxic Nine food groups out of my diet. In the short time I have been following this protocol my headaches have decreased as well as the dizziness and the digestive issues are starting to improve. At this point I am very satisfied with my results so far and looking forward to more improvement. My investment of the money spent, is towards my health and living well into my old age. Deb K

This one if for my brother that has disabilities from a baby and he is now 80. I take care of him .I Personalized subscribe from was concerned about some of his well-being and wanted to make sure that he is taking the right supplements ,eating right And know if there’s any underlying issues. Dr Thoma helped me with some things that I’ve been concerned with for about six years. It’s amazing how We turned that around. Having the right supplements for him is a huge concern.Guessing what he needed was not working!!!!!!I think I’m seeing some positive changes.God bless Dr Thoma.

When I learned about Dr. Thoma and the Legacy Clinic i was feeling hopeless and overwhelmed after months of visiting medical providers. I have inflammation showing up on my skin, in my sinuses, and digestive functions. After meeting with the staff at Legacy I was able to start feeling hopeful we could find the underlying cause. This week I got the results of my blood tests for food sensitivities and DNA information on how I process medications. I have started addressing these things and although it's only been 5 days, I feel better and hopeful that we can get this managed.
