How much is TRT? Check the billing period first.
A monthly equivalent is not necessarily the amount charged each month. Ascent separately lists prepaid plans alongside its monthly plans. The table above uses only its month-to-month prices, without converting prepayments into lower monthly fees. [S1]
Vital Evolution's pricing page lists a three-month TRT package at $350 and a separate new-client fee of $150. Its home page separately advertises a starting monthly offer. These terms are outside the month-to-month range above. Ask which offer applies and when payment is due. [S5, S6]
How much does testosterone therapy cost?
Keep the advertised program fee separate from the costs that still need confirmation. Alpha Hormones lists a $200 setup fee for new monthly programs and says included services vary. Ascent's home page describes lab testing through insurance or discounted cash lab prices. Neither observation establishes your final bill. [S2, S3]
Male Excel illustrates a different pricing structure: its home page lists a $99 monthly membership and says medications are billed separately. That membership charge is excluded from our program-fee range because it is not the medication-inclusive program price. [S4]
- Ask for the first payment and each renewal payment in writing.
- Ask whether medication, supplies, shipping, consultation and follow-up visits are included.
- Ask which laboratory tests are included, who bills for them and which charges remain separate.
- Check the billing period, setup fees, cancellation terms and any optional add-ons before comparing totals.
Is TRT covered by insurance?
A cash price or membership fee is not an insurance copay. Male Excel states that it does not accept insurance. Alpha Hormones says benefits and patient responsibility depend on the plan and services, and that checking benefits does not guarantee payment. These are provider-specific observations, not a conclusion about all TRT coverage. [S3, S4]
Membership charges can be outside covered care. Medicare.gov explicitly excludes concierge-care membership fees. That rule concerns concierge fees, not every TRT service or every insurance plan. Ask your insurer and provider separately about the program fee, medication, labs and visits. [S7]
Treat coverage as unconfirmed until your plan checks the specific service, provider and billing arrangement. This price sample does not establish typical national coverage rates or an individual's benefits.
How were these TRT prices collected?
We selected nine provider websites linked to ten records in Regenerated.com's September 2026 clinic export and checked their public pages on October 14, 2026. Two Alpha Hormones records share the same provider, address and phone in that export; we count that provider once.
Four providers had price-bearing pages in the reviewed material. Two supplied the four selected standalone TRT program prices in the main table. Other price structures and Alpha Hormones' TRT-plus-peptide combination program remain outside this comparison. Four websites supplied no usable price on the pages checked, and one provider website was blocked. Missing prices remain unknown; they are not zero.
The sample was selected manually, not randomly. It is not all TRT clinics, a geographic survey or a ranking. Prices are provider-level offers, not verified quotes for every location. Ascent's directory browsing-city label differs from its postal locality; we make no city-level price claim.
The observation date records when we read the prices. It is not a provider update date or a medical-review date. Provider terms can change. The source pages below allow readers to check the advertised terms themselves.
Compare listings and check prescribed-dose arithmetic
Use the TRT clinic directory to compare recorded services and contact details. A listing is not an endorsement. Regenerated.com is free for patients. Organic listing order is not paid ranking; Featured slots are labeled and capped; Verified means credential checks, not spend.
The testosterone dosage calculator converts a clinician-prescribed dose per injection into milliliters and U-100 insulin-syringe units using the vial information. It does not choose a dose, recommend treatment or calculate a price. Use it only with the prescription and concentration supplied by your clinician or pharmacy.
Cost questions
How much does TRT cost per month?
In a selected sample checked October 14, 2026, four monthly-billed standalone TRT programs from two providers linked to Regenerated.com's clinic dataset listed fees from $115 to $249 per month. Program inclusions differ, and setup, laboratory or other charges need confirmation. This is an observed fee range, not a national estimate or personal quote.
Does a TRT membership include medication?
Read the specific plan. In this sample, Male Excel's membership fee excludes medication, while Ascent lists medication within its TRT programs. Alpha Hormones says included services vary by program and needs. These different structures are why the page separates program fees from membership-only charges.
Is a prepaid TRT plan the same as monthly billing?
No. A prepaid plan can show a monthly equivalent while collecting payment for several months at once. This page's main comparison uses monthly-billed program prices and keeps prepaid offers separate. Ask for the actual amount due and the renewal interval.
Will insurance pay a TRT program membership?
Confirm with the provider and your insurance plan before counting on payment. Medicare excludes concierge-care membership fees, and Male Excel says it does not accept insurance. Those facts do not determine coverage for every TRT service, medication or plan.
Does the lowest listed TRT fee identify the right provider?
No. This page compares published billing terms, not clinical suitability, quality or outcomes. A clinician determines whether treatment is appropriate. Confirm the services, additional charges and provider details rather than choosing solely from an advertised fee.
