Charged for a full service that I did not receive. I was allow to do the consultation while driving to the location. When I arrive to the location and finally seated. My blood pressure was checked and the results were 186/110. It's was checked twice. The third time I was told it would be check manually and if it's still high that she would adjust the numbers so that I could continue as she walked out of the door. That's exactly what she did, me being new I started asking questions as the proceeded and googling was it ok that I received this service while my blood pressure was high. It immediately said no. I expressed to her my concerns. She CONTINUED!! The IV kept stopping, and I told her that this is probably a sign, to go ahead and remove the IV she said no it's ok. The 4th time that the IV STOP I TOLD HER THAT'S IT. The bag still completely full because it kept stopping. I have photos of the bag and my daughter as a witness of FaceTime, asking why would she proceed with the procedure anything could have happened? I am disappointed in your response Drip Trussville!!!!! Please let your records indicate why the service was stopped at my request! I must also mention that she had me sitting in a chair full of previous clients hair and dna on your dirty towels that are laying on the back of your chairs! Again let the record show why the services were stopped!
