I can’t say enough good things about MD Hair Labs. From day one the team has been welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Josh and everyone there truly care about their clients! They take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. The environment is clean, relaxing, and never rushed, which makes a big difference. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and genuinely want to help people accomplish their goals. My hair looks amazing after my procedure! It took about 4-5 months before I started seeing my hair really growing in, but once they started coming in it was well worth the wait! I flew in for the procedure, and their team made every step of the process extremely easy! They got a first class service. These doctors do it the right way, their team is highly trained and Dr. Ragland and Dr. Clifton are the best FUE physicians in hair restoration. On top of all that all the peeps were extremely nice the entire day. I'm trying to upload my side by side results so that you can see my results, bc it was definitely worth it.

As an young insecure man who didnt really know where to start I wish i had found this place first. I had tried to get someone to look at my receding issue 2 diffrent times before and couldn't find someone who even cared. These guys blew my expectations out of the water as I was going to give up after this. Extremely friendly! At 34, I never imagined a hair transplant would end up being one of the best experiences of my thirties—but thanks to the incredible team at MD Hair Labs, that’s exactly how it turned out. Going in, I felt vulnerable about getting the procedure. But from the moment I walked in, the staff’s professionalism, warmth, and positivity instantly made me feel comfortable. Throughout the entire process, I felt cared for and reassured. The whole experience was completely pain-free, and at no point did I feel uneasy. At one point, I caught myself worrying that I might have been chatting too much during the procedure—but the team’s kindness and reassurance instantly put me at ease. That moment showed me just how genuine, patient, and caring they are. They truly treat you like family here. The Procedure I chose the FUE transplant. The day ran from 7:00 AM to about 3:30 PM, and I honestly expected it to take much longer. Instead, it felt smooth, efficient, and surprisingly comfortable. The process has three steps: Consultation & Extraction: After meeting with the doctor to go over my goals, he designed a plan tailored perfectly for me. Once numbed up, the extraction of donor hair began. I never once felt pain or discomfort and it was honestly closer to a spa treatment than anything medical. Recipient Site Creation: After a short lunch break (I requested a fruit smoothie, and they made it happen!), the doctor returned to create the sites for the new follicles. This part was completely painless as well. Transplantation: The amazing team of technicians stepped in, working gracefully and with precision to transplant 2,000 grafts. Their skill and teamwork blew me away. What Surprised Me Most The comfort: No pain, no stress...just a calm, almost relaxing day. The entertainment: I drifted between The Great British Baking Show, Ancient Aliens, Selling Sunset, and even a bit of Black Mirror - a great tip for anyone considering the procedure is to plan a few shows ahead of time. The efficiency: Start to finish, I never once felt rushed, but I also never felt like time dragged on. The Follow-Up The next morning, my bandages were removed in a quick 20-minute visit. By the end of the week, I still have no pain, no adverse reactions, and feel amazed at how smoothly everything is going. Final Thoughts This experience was truly amazing and I am happy that I chose MD Hair Labs. Dr. Ragland and his wonderful staff are top tier and truly deserve all the accolades! If you’re even considering an FUE transplant, I cannot recommend MD Hair Labs enough. I had looked into other places abroad, such as Turkey, but ultimately I didn’t want to compromise on quality or safety just to save money. Choosing MD Hair Labs gave me peace of mind, and I’m so glad I trusted them. The quality, the professionalism, the kindness, and the skill of this team exceeded all of my expectations!
