I can not stress how poorly I was treated, how poorly the provider treated me, and how unprofessional the provider was. When lab results came back incorrect I was accused of lying about the supplements I was taking. In talking with others I have found out others have had issues with this place also. Be careful, it’s not about you, it’s about the money! Good luck, you will need it. Update 20230209: I can see that someone replied from the business, after 4 years. Maybe they are trying to clean up the business and it's past issues....that is fine. But note that just today my wife had a appointment with an endocrinologist doctor who when my wife mentioned SottoPelle said "You're not still going there are you?". When my wife said "No", the doctor said "Good". I'll leave the interpolation of that to the reader. As I said before....Good luck....Cheers

This therapy has changed my life. I have the energy I lost. I'm back to running! Found the libido I lost. My husband is also on the pellet and loves it. I used to use the creams and lotions for hormones, but they didn't do a thing to help. The moment the pellet was inserted I could feel the difference. Not one hot flash from that moment on! Can't say enough great things about this place. Worth every penny every time I go in. The doctors and nurses are so kind and knowledgeable. The front desk gal is just the sweetest. You won't regret going in and at least having your hormones checked, you may be surprised at how off they are.
