I had a really positive experience at this office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. I felt listened to and respected throughout my visit. I’m feeling hopeful and encouraged after meeting with Hyrum Candland, and I believe my sessions with him will be truly beneficial. I’m glad I took this step and would recommend this practice to ANYONE seeking support. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have had nearly a dozen ketamine journeys at Unchained Wellness in Gilbert, Arizona. Hyrum Candland is the leader of this phenomenal team of healthcare healer's. He sets a calm but joyful tone for the entire team and space. Whether one comes for individual psychiatric or psychological counseling, his affable nature leaves one wanting more time in his presence. They greet me with warmth and love when I walk through the door and remember my name. They remember what I need and where I'm supposed to go. Marla seems to be everywhere at the same time, taking care of patients, stuffing me in to the hyperbaric oxygen, tank or the ice bath, or the infrared summer. She does her job with grace and elegance. It makes coming to this place a pure joy. Amanda keeps tabs on the comings and goings and the money and the insurance. She relates very well to those of us who journey through the often treacherous pathways around mental health and makes sure each patient feels valued and matters. Jonathan is the freak. His crazy hair and enchanting smile makes the ketamine IV's drip with love and light. He always hits my veins one poke I intends to my needs, whether that be eye masks or blankets or pillows. I love him. I hope everyone who struggles with their wellness gets a chance to walk through these doors and be healed as I am being healed

Im really really disappointed in the staff here. I love my psychiatrist and the place have potential but the staff is continuously dropping the ball. Ive been waiting months now for them to submit approval for spravato. The lady in charge of that process is absolutely clueless. I have been waiting almost a month just to get a call back from the office manager... have yet to receive any sort of communication from her.. and I have been waiting a month for them to submit prior auth for my prescription.. the pharmacy has reached out several times. I am so frustrated at this point and im struggling really bad but they cant do even the simplest part of their job to help. Its extremely disappointing
