I was a patient until they closed last month. The guy in the front office told inappropriate jokes and was open about his politics in the office which is not a good start. The doctor that I had apparently left 3 months before the closure and they did not tell anyone. All of a sudden I had this NP Carmen who's bedside manner was not the best but that was ok. I did however have an issue with all of the things she tried to get me to sign up for obviously without looking at my past records. I have done ALL of it except for fusion and inplanting pain devices, yet she tried to get me to do all of it again. I would have done it again if they wanted me to but its kind of ridiculous and I know its to get money from my insurance...that's all fine, but what isnt is closing and not releasing the 30 days of meds they said they would to their clientele so they could find a new pain management doctor. I have been through closures before and have always had the 30 days of meds and my records sent to new doctors promptly. I left messages for this place for 2 weeks without any calls back for meds. I had to have my pcp bridge me for what he could which was not all my meds because I am on some hefty stuff (as he put it, and I am), so he didnt feel comfortable prescribing all of it. I hated to put him in that position as its not his job. He did it for me though because he is a very good doctor. Intergrated also never sent my records to who I asked them to fax documents to which is terrible. I will be looking into recourse for this legally if there is any. If there isn't anything legally, I will be putting in a review for the medical board. All of this is not OK and patients should not be left to find something else without meds. It can take 30 days to see the new doctor and get on another treatment plan. I did end up finding the old doctor from this place at his very own new practice, so at least I will be able to go back to the doctor I liked and had a good treatment plan with. If anyone is interested in where he went, you can DM me through Facebook. Thanks for reading. I hate doing negative reviews, I like to give good reviews but this put me in a bad spot and I'm sure a lot of others as well.

Reviews were consistently positive until the past couple of months, which coincides with Jason Genco, NP joining the practice. He has been the worst provider I’ve encountered. He is dismissive, interrupts constantly, rushes appointments, and shows little interest in patient history or concerns. He attempted to reduce a medication dosage I’ve been stable on for 9.5 years with no meaningful discussion, which felt judgmental and unsafe. I am in my 60’s and should feel comfortable at this age. His attitude makes it clear he believes patients should simply comply rather than be heard. It’s no surprise that many doctors and nurse practitioners have left this practice. Communication is also a major issue—the phone lines frequently ring and disconnect, making it nearly impossible to schedule appointments. I left IPC a few weeks ago and am far happier at my new clinic, where I’m treated with respect and compassion. Don’t be afraid to leave—there are much better pain management options available. Jason is a horrible NP & I imagine many patients will be leaving soon.

IPC has lost another longtime patient because of Jason Genco. I’ve seen many providers here over the years and was always satisfied—until him. He was by far the worst NP I’ve dealt with. He gave misleading information, tried to justify poor practices as “normal,” and made me feel unheard. Thankfully, I found an excellent clinic that respects patients, doesn’t force procedures, fills medications on time, and actually listens. The difference is night and day. If you’re unhappy, don’t stay out of fear—there are much better offices that truly care.
