I had an excellent experience at Arizona Pain Center. From the start, the staff was welcoming and efficient, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Amelia Campbell, NP, was extremely thorough, taking the time to really listen, explain my condition clearly, and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the level of care and attention she provided. Dr. Nasser, was professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. My procedure went smoothly, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my pain and mobility. It’s rare to find a team that combines medical expertise with such genuine compassion. I will not be back. My insurance covers injections, no pre auth required. I had an appointment recently, I was pain and after a quick appointment with the nurse I was told 2 weeks would be the soonest I could get my injections. They KNEW a pre auth was not required, but insisted 2 weeks until I could get in. This was not a new diagnosis or different complaint of pain. Conveniently if I paid cash they could do my injections right then and there. This is the second time they pulled this. I was in pain so I paid cash, but I will never go back. I should send a complaint to the DOI, and I just might. When you're in pain telling you 2 weeks or cash is ridiculous.
