I first went to Jenica last year when I needed help balancing my menopausal hormones. Jenica ordered blood work and got me on the right path. After my hormones were in check I was still struggling with body issues. My gut hadn't been regular for years, bloating, struggling to lose weight, feeling tired and not understanding why or what was happening with my body. After visiting with Jenica we decided to do the GI-Mapping and the Mediator Release Test (food sensitivity is how I refer to it). Getting the results of these tests and starting a course correction/healing of my body has changed my life. Areas of my life where I thought I was weak and could never change, have changed. I am stronger, I feel better and the extra weight is most definitely coming off. This is an investment of time, effort and money in myself that is paying off ten fold.
