After my initial visit, I had to have additional testing from a cardio Dr., when my results came back, it did not sound safe for me to start on hormone treatment, so I called to receive a refund for lab work and the follow up appointment that was not done , but Megan was abrupt, rude and showed no sense of empathy for what I was going through and only refunded me for my lab work with much hesitation. I would not recommend her to anyone!!
