Let me just start by saying I don't write reviews. I'm also extremely skeptical about... basically everything. So when I feel compelled to actually do so, it's for a very good reason. Lingering pain and discomfort from a bad motorcycle accident has led me to trying anything and everything to find some sort of relief. After meeting Kun-yen and being treated with Softwave technology I can without a doubt say this is the closest I've ever felt to being whole again. I live an extremely busy life with a very physically demanding profession. Constantly making, rescheduling and ultimately cancelling appointments over the years, Kun-yen has gone above and beyond and bent over backwards to help me see this process through. With quick sessions I can squeeze in on a lunch break and still have time to eat, it doesn't get much more convenient than that and leaves no excuses for me not to commit to being treated. Not only has the treatment worked and has been a night and day difference in my pain relief, Kun-yen has been the best part of this process. The medical field seems more and more to lack people with compassion and professionalism, but Kun-yen has effortlessly restored my faith and helped me to realize there truly are still people who take pride in their craft, that care more about making a difference in people's lives than the money. If you're going to get treated, it might as well be from the best. Might sound too good to be true, but trust the process and see it through, then thank me later.
