What an absolute joke of a medical office - there are Dollar Trees that are run better. My husband and I arrived at 7:45am for PRP - by 10:30am he had 3 blood drives (2 of them were failed) and still hadn't gotten injected. He's done PRP before and it is usually max a 45 min appointment. The first blood draw failed because it was a medical assistant who was being trained - second one was the person training her. They came back to us told us they had to draw a 3rd time because the Doctor didn't like it. Ok, first of all I've worked in the medical field - I know how to draw blood myself and I'm informed on how PRP works. What a joke! Someone must have spilled the blood or spun it incorrectly. When my husband went to the front desk and asked for his money back after again, almost 3 hours of being here then he was seen. Unless, you have Medicaid you won't be seen in a prompt manner. This place is a cash cow - the waiting room was packed and people getting pushed out in wheelchairs every 20 minutes. This place is a legitimate disgrace - and the name integrity WOW, far from it. We will going back to the original doctor we saw also on Shea and the 101 -where his office is actually run like a business and with integrity.

Scottsdale clinic has gone down hill a bit. I've been a patient for a number of years, back when Casey was the doctor and things were GREAT but lately when Dawn is alone or there's more than a few people there she is snappy and seems overwhelmed ALL the time. Not only that but it seems when you pay anything in cash and they don't give you a receipt it suddenly doesn't show up as you paid it and they HOUND you at the front desk, embarrassingly and then tell you, "well pay it or don't, we don't care," after you know you did pay it and they didn't give you a receipt or for some reason, record it!!! I give a four only because Jewels is a pretty good doctor and enjoyable to deal with every time. Thank you Jewels for bringing the spirit of the place back up some!!!

This clinic has been very disorganized and has delayed my care. My first follow up phone appointment started almost 2 hours late, and they apparently didn’t have my records even though I signed a release. At my first visit, I was told insurance was being pre-authorized and I’d be scheduled in two weeks. Instead, I was later told I need a new MRI (which was never mentioned before), and the request was sent to a facility that doesn’t even take my insurance. When I pointed this out, I was told it was up to me to figure out. All of this has wasted valuable time and left me still waiting for treatment.

Jeff , with customer service is Awesome!!! . Kind and courteous. A trait many people do not have anymore in customer service. Jeff is not just a CS representative, He is a kind , caring human being ! Good job Jeff .

GO ELSE WHERE! If you want a practice that actually cares about helping you become pain free or just you as a human being this practice stopped being that a good while ago. All but 1 good person is left, and that is Dawn at the front desk…I was a patient here for 5 YEARS, they had their newest provider quit after less than a month in February, they could not accommodate their patients so they referred me out and told me to come back in a few months when a new provider was back in. I came back in September to a new provider Jewels. First off, they made me do a drug test for whatever reason which makes no sense due to what Jewels told me later in my appointment. I am very young to have 78% of my spine be breaking down so I always bring my most recent MRI’s, medication list, EMG, etc. When I told her I was happy that my current pain specialist I was seeing had figured out a theory that my other medical team members like my PC agreed with I was happy as for 4 years no one could figure out why my spine was rapidly declining after all the tests that eliminated genetic, autoimmune & any accidents. She did not actually care and read off my MRI like it’s normal for nearly 90% of my spine to be arthritic so young. She then tells me she refuses to be someone who prescribes my 2 medications this practices has always prescribed so I should get my current pain specialist to do that then ALSO get everything else done there: I should SWITCH everything but my medication over to them. So I should give them the money I am giving my current pain specialist for everything else but still pay my current for pain specialist because they don’t “prescribe medications” anymore, not even my VERY mild muscle relaxer. So why are you doing a urine test??…she is one of the worst providers I have seen there but it doesn’t surprise me because Dr. Patel doesn’t care either apparently so why should he care about those who are supposed to represent them. I need to make myself clear, there are pain specialists who care. I have one now, the drive just kills my hips, I had one’s previously that left “Integrity” (the opposite of what they truly are), but they DO NOT exist at this practice. This is a money hungry scam. I have never had a provider have my MRI’s in hand that didn’t ask any questions or make comments. She wanted to get right down to, I don’t actually want to be your provider I just want to bill your insurance for money. That is LUDICROUS…I am truly ashamed of myself for ever recommending this place to people who need doctors who actually care about them.
