I first learned about Dr. Shawn Robek, from Sue Folsone at a Perform Better Seminar. She highly recommended Dr Shawn and said he would be able to help. I had a total knee reconstruction of my left knee, all new ligaments. I was about a year out when we first met and I was in constant pain, with every step I took. I wasn’t able to flex my quad due to severe muscle atrophy and I thought I would never squat again. I just finished my 12th session with him and I’m squatting, lunging, jumping and walking with no pain! I worked really hard inside his gym and did the homework as he requested. I/we are SO BLESSED to have found EVERYONE at Fix Medical Group!! I have had SUCH a great experience from the very first day! Shawn, Kris, Kristen, and EVERYONE works to help you find the very BEST of treatments based on YOUR healths needs. I, initially, only expected to find a chiropractor for my neck issues, but found someone who truly cares about helping patients and works with MANY OPTIONS available for treatments that have made me, not only understand what is going on in my body, but also helped to give me a direction and a health program that I can use to make my life less painful. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Shawn and his team have worked to find the appropriate treatments for my specific needs. They have ALSO helped my husband ENORMOUSLY by having treatments specific for his medical conditions (he was recently rear-ended and had significant, painful injuries) of which we had NO IDEA were even possible other than typical surgeries. Kristen has been wonderful with her knowledge and expertise using Accelerated Recovery Injections in conjunction with the MANY other rehabilitation offerings that Shawn and the team provide. My husband has had significant resolution having received these injections despite our CO doctors telling him that surgery was his ONLY option! Finding Fix Medical Group has been a GODSEND for my husband and myself!!! I am SO grateful that we ended up finding Shawn and the team!! They have the latest and greatest of treatment options AND are ALWAYS looking to see what other medical modalities might help their patients. They’ve worked HARD to help BOTH of us and I see them helping everyone that comes in with the same passion. Shawn cares about his patients, but lets them know that they have to be responsible for themselves and their recovery. He’s not pushy in any way trying to sell you goods, instead he lets you know what’s available and how they can change your life! My husband and I have been down the road of false promises, many times for my Fibro., sadly. But this time we struck gold!!! So much so that we’ve actually come to think of Shawn as a friend! Dr. Robek was very caring, and did not rush through to just give me a quick adjustment. He took the time needed to work on my neck. He is always very kind, and has a beautiful clean office. I highly recommend Fix Medical Group!
