My husband and I initially visited Dr. Solt at Stem Cell Therapy Professionals for stem cell therapy, and that part of our experience was excellent. We felt well cared for and optimistic. Following the procedure, Dr. Solt offered to take over our hormone and infertility treatment. Initially, this also seemed promising—she introduced us to new medications, peptides, and naturopathic approaches. However, the quality of care began to decline sharply. After our first follow-up, my husband received a full summary of his treatment plan and prescriptions, while I received nothing. This was eventually resolved, but it was the first sign of disorganization. At our three-month visit, we brought up concerns, particularly regarding an allergic reaction my husband experienced to one of the peptides. Unfortunately, in the months between appointments, we were unable to get in contact with Dr. Solt for help or guidance. At that appointment, we were told my husband was allergic and needed to stop the medication. Additionally, my thyroid medication needed to be adjusted because it had pushed my levels too high. After that visit, I received my updated summary, but my husband did not. Despite calling the office multiple times, he was met with unprofessionalism from the front desk staff, who accused him of being rude and insisted that the email had been sent—even though it never arrived. I searched thoroughly and could not find it. Only after I called and insisted did they resend the information—two weeks later. Refilling prescriptions has been a nightmare. Their process puts the burden on the patient to request that the pharmacy contact the doctor, but many of the compounding pharmacies do not understand this system, causing long delays. It has now been over a month since our last visit, and we still do not have all of the required medications. When we finally spoke to Dr. Solt, she interrupted us throughout the conversation, barely acknowledged our concerns, and offered little to no apology. I left that call feeling completely dismissed and neglected. I believe this experience reflects a serious lack of patient care and oversight. Whether it’s due to poor training of the staff or other personal issues, the result is the same: our health and well-being were compromised. This behavior is not just unprofessional; it borders on negligence. I truly hope Dr. Solt takes this feedback seriously and makes changes. Patients deserve to be heard, supported, and cared for with consistency—especially during something as emotionally and physically demanding as fertility treatment.
