not so long ago I was a novice to the world of Neurofeedback processes, and all the many ways that this technology could impact my life. I am 20 sessions into it now, and I have experienced some successful outcomes already. I can confidently say that Dr Silverman was the right fit for my treatment needs, and he has the exact clinical background to match the demands of my complicated personal situation. in my opinion it is very important to have a qualified and licensed psychologist be involved. since this is a dynamic learning environment that needs tweaks and adjustments along the way, I would recommend (you the reader) to check credentials and experience before choosing a provider. Thanks to his attention to detail in treating me, my family gets to reap the rewards of... my having less anxiety, memory issues, brain fog, even my concentration has improved and I've been able to cut back on some of my medications. I only regret not doing this years ago. best of luck to you on your road to a healthy mind.
