The Best! I've been going to Dr. Propiel for over 12 years now, so glad I found him, he has changed my life. He really cares about his patients and he is always available for me any time. He has introduced me to so many great preventative methods to keep me healthy, not just treatments and charges once you are sick like traditional Medicine. I'll be a client for life.

Dr Brian Popiel saved my life in 2016, suffice to say, I am very grateful. My story is long and with one blood draw, my medical challenge was discovered and addressed. Blood tells my medical health. Dr Brian continues to yearly adjust my supplements and one medical prescription. Not bad for a very active 81 year old.

Disappointed. Required lots of blood draws and his phlebotomists dug in my arms and had problems getting blood. I begged to go to LabCorp because they always got it on the first try. We had an issue with one payment in 8 years (they had a card on file but for some reason it didn't work and they don't send a bill). I had tried to call many many many times to make a payment and always got the voicemail. They treated me horribly and revoked my medication DURING A PANDEMIC. I was shocked. Clearly I will be finding a new doctor. EDIT TO RESPOND It should be know that the only way to pay is by credit card over the phone if you don't have a card on file. He never asked me to put another card on file, which would be really strange if I had a history of not paying... which I did not. You also never know how much the charge will be because they don't send a bill. So I couldn't just send a check. I was at their mercy and had to call numerous times any time I wanted to pay a bill. If this is a problem, maybe he should allow for online bill pay. So no bill, no online ability to pay and they don't answer their phones and somehow this is my fault. Send me a bill and I can pay faster. Answer your phones and I can pay faster. Provide an online payment method and I can pay faster. Transfer me to someone to pay immediately after our phone appointment call and I can pay faster. Better yet, take my credit card info while you are on the phone with me. This isn't rocket science, if you want to get paid faster, set up a system that allows your patients to pay faster. BTW I admit I wasn't the best at following up. You certainly didn't make that easy when you never provided a labcorp order until after I sent you a message asking. How about you put that in the portal automatically so when I think of it I'm not leaving messages or having to contact you on the portal. I also changed from 2 stars to 1 because Simon another review he gave me one star as a patient.
