Not your typical private studio gym. It is the size of a warehouse. I go here mainly for the Infrared sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. They also offer physical therapy and private workout sessions. I like the fact that they have multiple stations so Im not waiting for a sauna. Showers are also a plus. Met Watus and his wonderful wife years ago at a charity event they were hosting. Down to earth people. Years later they found out I was going thru cancer treatment and offered their facilities. It has been a blessing as I battle/recover. Not mention the positive attitude that Watus eludes who was also a trainer for the ASU football team. Salt of the earth people.

Watus, Erik and Team are amazing. It’s a high level place but very welcoming and encouraging no matter your fitness level. You feel comfortable and part of the UA family immediately. Highly recommend checking them out if you are looking to improve your health, body and movement. They have great options from group workouts to private one on one training. They even have ice baths, saunas and other fun stuff. Do yourself a favor and go check them out.

Watus is patient, encouraging & methodical in his training. It is apparent he enjoys people & takes seriously his job to challenge clients to greater health & success. Unfair Advantage is a gym for average people to pursue fitness & athletes who aim to excel. Highly recommend.
