Arctic Restore is an absolute gem! The Hydrafacial left my face glowing and radiant. A full wow effect. Jesse is a true healer. Next i did the Cryro facial which was brilliant and a perfect compliment to the facial. AND next I was treated to the magic of a PEMF healing session. Now I want to try all of her therapies!! If you're in the Bay Area run to this sanctuary.

I don't know where to begin with how much I gained from seeing Jessie at Arctic Restore. I initially went because I learned about the emerald laser from my chiropractor who also has a great interest in low level light laser therapies. Jessie interviewed me to confirm if I was a good candidate and she paired it with lymphatic drainage massage and red light therapy sessions. At most I was hoping to gain a little tone back with a totally non-invasive technology, which in itself seems too good to be true. What I didn't expect was my dramatic improvement in overall wellness. I was recently diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome with life long issues suddenly worsening in the last three years. I had significant instability in my shoulder, neck and foot, and bouts of extreme fatigue, which added to my weight gain. I was completely not expecting the improvements I felt with all of this. I still can't believe my energy levels are up which I understand to be both from the emerald laser and the red light therapy and the sudden improvement in my shoulder and foot with the red light therapy. I reduced my weight in a subtle and sustainable way with the emerald laser which is an incredible treat. I drove from San Francisco, which is a big commitment for 2 visits a week for about 8 weeks. With appointments noon or earlier the traffic was not an issue and I made the trips in 35-40 minutes. Jessie (who has such a generous spirit) helped me strategize how to continue a red light plan for home so that I didn't lose what I gained working with her. She is a passionate scientist who promotes healing therapies and I can truly say my body pain issues are greatly reduced with those therapies. I came back from the edge of real loss of quality of life and I hope this review helps others find relief here.

I had an amazing experience with my cryotherapy treatment! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process clearly. The session itself was quick, refreshing, and left me feeling re-energized and pain-free. I noticed reduced muscle soreness almost immediately, and my body felt lighter and more relaxed afterward. The facility was super clean and professional, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the treatment. Highly recommend to anyone looking to recover faster, boost energy, or just feel their best!
