From the very beginning, the process was smooth, thorough, and reassuring, and I finally feel like I’m getting back to feeling healthy and like myself again. The provider( Elizabeth Cooper)takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure my treatment is tailored to my needs. I never feel rushed and always thoughtful. The office itself is welcoming and well run, and you can really tell they care about their patients and their well-being. I’m so grateful for the level of care I receive here and highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering HRT or looking for a team that truly puts patients first.

Finding Swan Medical has been a life changing experience. Not only for the care I am getting for all of my menopause symptoms and other issues but also how the staff and Dr. Castillo treat me. THEY SEE ME AND THEY HEAR ME! Not only professional in what they do but also so kind and engaging. From being welcomed with Alex’s warm smile and sweet greeting to Mia and Nadya always being attentive, interested and very efficient, Elizabeth is wonderful, knowledgeable and so very kind. She is extremely skilled in communication and a true advocate. We work together to find the best solution for any concerns that I might be having. Dr. Castillo has one of the best bedside manners I have ever experienced with a doctor. He is compassionate, professional, patient-focused and 100% genuine.
