Dr. Amit Rajguru and the entire staff are warm and welcoming with every interaction. Baraa is especially innovative with his gentle approach to administering B12 injections, always making sure patients feel comfortable. This was my third B12 shot at Evolved Medical, and I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism, attentive care, and convenience.

Dr Rajguru has completely changed my life! I was so frustrated and discouraged when my perimenopausal weight would not come off no matter what I tried! He took the time to listen and made sure I did all the correct testing before he designed a hormone and weight loss plan for me. Those pounds melted off in weeks and I have a ton of energy and look 10 years younger. He is outstanding and caring and so knowledgeable in his field. Jessica is incredible with Dysport and I can’t recommend her enough! Sarah and Selena are so sweet and the office is always running on schedule and they kindly remind you of all your tests and appointments. Evolved Medical is the best in the business!!

Dr. Rajguru has made such a huge difference in the quality of life that I lead today compared with when I first saw him. I had terrible fatigue, hot flashes, hair loss, dry skin and inability to sleep the whole night. Dr. Rajguru found out via testing that I was very low in all my reproductive hormones as well as cortisol. He methodically dialed in the level of hormones that would alleviate my symptoms and today I am living a very different life compared to 4.5 years ago. Today, I have enough energy to go back to work and my quality of life has improved greatly. Dr. Rajguru is very knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to me and makes changes to my medication if needed. His office staff are super nice and competent as well. Dr. Rajguru and staff are the reason I drive across the bay to see him.
