I was a little nervous about changing facilities. However, once I entered their doors my fears dissipated quickly. Victoria was so kind and put me at ease immediatley. Nurse Genevieve is knowledgeable and answered my many questions throughout my stay. She is compassionate and it's evident she loves her job. We have such fun & have interesting conversations through-out the time I am there. The facility is clean, warming, and well managed. Thank you for providing us with a welcoming staff and lovely facility!

I had a great experience bringing a friend here. Parking was easy, building was nice and clean, staff was super friendly and took us right away. This is my friend's new go-to place. Thank you for making it so easy!

I had such a wonderful experience at California Infusion Centers in Arcadia. I used to go to a center in Glendale but a good friend mentioned how impressed she was with this facility. From the moment I walked in, Mark, Dolly and Genevieve made me feel comfortable and cared for. The nurses are not only highly skilled, but also incredibly compassionate—they explained every step of the process and checked on me throughout my infusion to be sure I was at ease. The center itself is immaculate, modern, and designed with patient comfort in mind. The massage chairs are comfortable, the environment is calm and relaxing, and little touches like blankets and snacks/refreshments made a long treatment feel so much easier. Scheduling was seamless, my appointment started on time, and billing was handled clearly without any surprises. Compared to hospital settings, this was such a refreshing experience—personalized, professional, and welcoming. I truly felt that my health and comfort were the top priority here. I would recommend California Infusion Centers to anyone in need of biologic or vitamin infusions therapy. They’ve set the gold standard for patient care here in Arcadia.
