I called HealthFit on the recommendation of a couple friends when I was hardly able to bend my knee due to damaged knee cartilage. After multiple sessions with Cherie, I was moving better than I was before the injury. The shockwave/EMTT regenerative therapy worked wonders for my knee and I will definitely be going back to help fix the rest of my body. The HealthFit team is truly amazing to work with. From the front desk all the way through the direct PT work, they are friendly, professional, and just fantastic people to be around. Highly recommend this team!
