I had my first visit with Dr. Magnat, and although the wait was a bit long, it was absolutely worth it. He takes his time, truly listens to your concerns, and doesn’t hesitate to order labs or scans when something needs to be evaluated. He is incredibly thorough and very well-mannered. His staff is also wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I honestly felt like I was talking to an old friend. I’m not sure why some reviews say the staff isn’t courteous, they have been one of the best medical teams I’ve encountered so far. Another great convenience is that their office has on site labs and imaging services. And if you find yourself waiting a little longer in the waiting room, please understand it’s because the doctor gives each patient the time and attention they deserve. I would much rather wait an extra 30 minutes than feel rushed or overlooked.

Absolutely the best practice I've ever been to. The Dr's mangat are both fabulous meeting your every needs. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is spotless and beautiful. I recommend this practice 100%.

Dr. Mangat's assistant, Amberlynn, was abrasive and rushed in appointments. She is the reason I am leaving for a new provider due to very poor communication skills. She ignored my scheduling needs and anxiety I had about returning to the doctor. I ended up having a bad experience with Stockdale Radiology and she said something about me behind the door loudly regarding my weight after I was told by multiple nurses that the scale seemed off, I was offended, and she proceeded to hand me off to the doctor without much explanation on my xrays. She treated me as though I was stupid for not understanding what positive xrays were. I was encouraged to reach out to the manager and I also had to get blood tests. After expressing myself, a different nurse ignored me again and ended up asking me what arm I wanted drawn from and did the opposite arm which didn't work so I had pain in both arms that night. Why did she ask if she was going to just ignore me? Just disappointing and obviously why there are people slipping through the cracks here. The appointments were so rushed and scheduling was very difficult to communicate even if you are in person. It shouldn't be this hard and I don't understand why Amberlynn was so blunt and "over it" attitude.
