I came for accelerated TMS treatments for anxiety and had a favorable experience at Dr. Elahi's office. The staff was highly accommodating to all my needs, explaining the treatment details and making sure I was comfortable throughout the five days I was there. The dr. and his entire team were personable, knowledgeable and attentive. The results took several weeks to notice. I was initially concerned that by the end of the treatment I could not see any improvement. The doctor explained that this is quite typical and that improvement can take up to a few weeks. Several weeks later, friends and family members had commented that I felt lighter, more patient, and enjoyable to be around. I felt a greater sense of calm, even during moments of stress. My latest QEEG results showed that the excess brain waves have been corrected and my anxiety assessment tests have shown a reduction from severe to mild. I will point out that since TMS I have been using a number of other tools including emotional release, EMDR, and meditation to name a few. The doctor said this is quite common that TMS can make a shift that allows other tools to be more effective going forward. I am greatly appreciative of the treatment, care and support I've received and would recommend Dr. Elahi's office to anyone struggling with mental health issues.

Wow, I came in with headaches and anxiety that wouldn’t go away after being sick. My previous doctors kept prescribing pain medication, but Dr. Elahi educated me that it was actually contributing to my headaches. He truly listened to my story and asked all the right questions. He took the time to explain why I was experiencing the headaches and how my anxiety levels were playing a role. He provided multiple treatment plans in phases, just in case one didn’t work. The last phase was TMS, which really showed his integrity, he could have made TMS phase 1 or 2, but he didn’t. I was able to get better in phase 1, and I wish more doctors were as knowledgeable and as honest with their patients as Dr. Elahi.
