I started going to Dr. Chavez about a year ago, and from the very first visit, I was impressed. He spent several hours with me, asking detailed questions, running a number of tests, and ultimately creating a personalized plan. Since then, I’ve lost 50 pounds, I am no longer pre-diabetic, and I feel better with more energy than I’ve had in years. The care doesn’t stop at the doctor’s office either—Freddy at Optimal is fantastic. He checks in with me monthly to make sure I have everything I need and that I never run out of supplements. O.M.G helped me to completely improve my life. When I came in for my first appointment, I was struggling with an autoimmune condition. After one year of working with Dr. Chavez my health and well being was transformed! I healed my inflammation, lost a ton of weight and gained muscle! My lab results made a complete 360, and I was able to get off of medication for Graves’ disease! I continue to work with them and have only gotten better results! Doc Chavez and his team are best in class, Dr Chavez found something in my labs that my primary care provider missed, and allowed me to be more proactive in dealing with a new health condition.
