Joshua R. Gonzalez

I don’t usually leave reviews, which is why it took me a while to write this one, but Dr. Joshua Gonzalez truly deserves it. He is an outstanding urologist and one of the best doctors I’ve seen. From the first visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Gonzalez offers a wide range of men’s health services and approaches each concern with genuine care and attention. If you’re looking for a urologist who is trustworthy, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! First off, just for going in they will charge you $300 for a bogus "administration charge" for every calendar year, regardless of how many days are left in the year. So before you see anyone, they'll ask for money. Then, although some of his staff is great, there are people in this office that are just terrible to work with. Carla is some sort of manager and is on a complete power trip, refusing to give patients care. It feels very sexist because most of the clients are male, and she seems to really hate men. She's abrasive, cold, and has the kind of personality that should be left in the back office doing paperwork, not front-facing! She should be FIRED, as she just makes everything harder, and makes the office look bad. Dr. Gonzale's finance people are also terrible, and were behind by 8 weeks for billing, making the insurance part of my care a complete nightmare...and I'm stil not confident that I won't be hit with a bill from out of nowhere because of their incompetence. Dr Gonzalez used to be a great guy when I saw him years ago, but now he just seems incredibly greedy. For my treatment they administered trimix, but after 12 sessions he refused to give me anymore, because it was "from their own stock and is expensive." Which is total BS because they used barely over 1mL for my ENTIRE treatment, which prob costs their office like $15 in total, vs. me having to buy my own which is $200+. Absolutely ridiculous. TLDR; this office is TERRIBLE, most of the staff will go out of their way to make your life hell, and they really don't care about your treatment -- Dr. Gonzalez just want your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

100% miracle with the phallofill. It's like I have a new lease on life. Dreams can come true! They are all incredibly nice over there as well and make you feel super comfortable. Dr. Gonzalez is a pro for sure!
