They do a great job. They may run a bit behind sometimes because they are a mobile operation and LA traffic is LA traffic. Don’t let this disuade you. They are professional and the swabbing is quick and efficient. Love the location on Sunset because it is outdoors and next to a tasty fish taco joint. Last, but not least, their customer service is VERY responsive and helpful if you have questions. Highly recommend!

The website says free covid test but it was a lie. The lady who was there to help me was very nice and helpful but after talking on the phone to the operator no manager wanted to talk to me. It also seems like they are not taking care of their employees enough. They should not have to drive around and wait for people in random corners or drive around town especially if it is in their own car. Shame on this company and their leadership

Such a pleasant experience! It was easy and quick. We got there little early and your representative GENOVI was sitting there ready. She helped us with scanning the QR code, verifying the information, doing the test, guiding us through how result can be obtained. She was friendly and helpful and refused to receive monetary gratitude. Andrea at your office was great also! She very patient and helpful and always replied my text guiding me through every step.
