I can’t say enough great things about this office! The doctors are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family, not just another patient. Dr. Khanali performed a thorough assessment, explained my radiographs clearly, and made sure I understood every step of my treatment plan. Both Dr. Parvini and Dr. Kapur take the time to explain each adjustment and recommendation, which makes me feel confident and cared for throughout treatment. I always feel safe in their hands. I love finishing off my adjustments with Stim therapy, Tmai is wonderful and always answers all my questions during Stim therapy. The front office staff is equally amazing, making scheduling, insurance, and finances simple and stress free. Thank you to the doctors and team for making every visit such a positive experience!

Silicon Valley Integrative & Chiropractic provides excellent quality chiropractic services in Mountain View, California. My wife and I became patients of Silicon Valley Integrative & Chiropractic in November 2025. The service and care that their staff/companions provided are amazing. We are pleased with the service and care that they have and continue to receive. Their staff/companions are professional, respectful, and kind. Dr. Shervin Parvini, Dr. Branden Kapur, and Dr. Aynaz Khanali are bright, friendly, compassionate, and responsible doctors who seek out ways to make a positive difference. They provide the highest level of service and care for us, and they listened well and looked at our symptoms holistically.

Started going to Silicon Valley Chiropractic Center and it’s been amazing. The team has taken great care of me and the staff is really kind and welcoming. Dr Parvini is great and I feel super refreshed after my adjustments and he gives me helpful tips for stretching to help keep my pain level low between adjustments. I’ve been a patient at SV Chiro for over a decade! This office has seen me thru 2 pregnancies and several injuries. The professionalism and quality of service are unmatched by any other Chiro office that I have been to. I genuinely wouldn’t have had such easy pregnancies and births if it wasn’t for the chiropractic and massage therapies I received from this office. Dr. Shervin is so warm and makes you feel like you are in trusted hands (literally haha). I also liked that they have every high tech high tech equipment to help you heal. Dr. S starts with a full analysis and xray which I had never experienced from a chiropractor. I was very impressed just from my initial visit. Absolutely recommend this office. Every practitioner is excellent! Even now that I have moved 2 hrs away I make a point to go back for treatment a few times a year. In fact was just there last week to get help with my frozen shoulder. 5 stars!

I am a student at Life West Chiropractic and recently had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Parvini about his successful practice and the journey that led him to where he is today. I know how busy he is, so I feel truly grateful that he took time out of his day to speak with me, especially about how he cares for his geriatric patients. This population is often underserved, yet he shared that he sees roughly 3–5 geriatric patients a day, which I consider a real accomplishment and a testament to his dedication. Throughout our conversation, Dr. Parvini answered each of my questions with sincerity and depth. He also offered valuable advice and insight that I know will help me cultivate a thriving and compassionate practice of my own one day. I am deeply appreciative of his generosity and willingness to share his experience—it was both inspiring and motivating.
